Castle of Cesky Krumlov

Standing in the middle of the old town of Cesky Krumlov, next to Vltava river, Castle of Cesky Krumlov is the second largest castle complex in the Czech republic. Building started in the 13th century by Vitkovici family, later the powerful Rosenberg family. Currently an UNESCO World Heritage site and can be visited. A brick bridge leads to the Upper Castle, the Rosenberg Palace. The unique five-story Cloak Bridge over a deep carved moat from 1764 connects Upper Castle with the castle theater building and gardens. The Baroque Theatre is from 1766-1767 and it is one of the best preserved baroque theaters in the world!

Cesky Stenberg Castle

Cesky Stenberg castle is a bohemian, early gothic castle from the 13th century, still owned by the same family. An attractive tourist destination as it is one of the best preserved Gothic Bohemian Castle.

Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle

This castle is a neo-Gothic jewel that is a must-visit for all romantics and history lovers. With its 140 rooms and 11 towers, the castle offers many beautiful attractions. Visitors can peek into the private rooms and lavish ceremonial halls of the Schwarzenberg family, decorated with carved paneling, coffered ceilings, elegant furnishings, crystal chandeliers and rich collections of paintings, silver, porcelain and tapestries.

Lednice Chateau

Located in south Moravia near village of Lednice, Lednice Chateu is one of the most beautiful neo-Gothic stlye complexes in Europe. There are several tour routes available that lead through the chateau’s representative halls, princely apartments, rooms of the small princes and princesses and the Puppet Museum.
