Luggage Policy

You can carry up to 2 big suitcases and handluggage for free of charge. Upon this we should ask for 10EUR p suitcase as we have limited space in the buses.
Suitcases should be placed in the luggage rack or at the back of the bus (depends on type of bus)

Travelling with kids

welcome on board all member of the family. We provide baby capsule, child seat for free of charge.
Child seat needed till age of 14 or 150cm height.
Children should be seated in the provided or carried seat and seatbelts should be fasten during the whole trip.
If you or your child need a break, we stop immediately at your request, it is really not a problem.

Carrying a bike

Yes, you can carry your bike on board our buses, we would be happy to take your bicycle.
Cost is 20EUR p bike.
Bicycle should be able to fit in the luggage space, so a one which can be separeted, would be better.

Where to catch the bus?

Eurobusways operates as on demand company with door to door service, that means no station to go, we go for you to your hotel, home, airport and take you to your wanted destination, directly without change, hassle.

Payment options

We accept credit/debit card payment in the bus (not everybus) and through Paypal, which secure for both sides. It is possible to pay by cash to the driver, who accept local currencies not only EUR at the current exchange rate.

Cancel and Refund

EuroBusWays, tried to make it as simple and easy as it can be.

You pay the ticket when booking, maybe a few month earlier. and many things can happen till the big day of departure, so you can cancel your booking till 1day till departure and you get full refund.

If you do not cancel it at least 1day prior to departure, we can not make any refund.

Refund is always through Paypal or wire transfer to bank account, no cash, sorry. All refund within 30 working days.

No refund if wifi's not working, and no refund in case of late arrival (except if you need to take a train/plane/other bus)

Rebooking, Date change

It is available to rebook your ticket to other date, but just if you let us know at least 1day prior to original departure time. If not, we can not rebook, nor refund you.

What, if no bus ?

We always will be there for you.That's out of question. But what if there's an accident on the road and bus should wait (maybe hours), or any techincal delay?
Our customer service will contact you over phone, or you can call us up. Our phone and other contact details on each page of the website or on your voucher

How to make a complaint?

If you have been disappointed with your journey or with the service you got, please contact us by email or phone or use Facebook messenger. We are ready to answer in 24 hours, 7days of the week.

My destination is not show on the website

No problem, we take you there, just contact our team and we quote our best price for you.
