You pay the ticket when booking, maybe a few month earlier. and many things can happen till the big day of departure, so you can cancel your booking till 1day till departure and you get full refund.
If you do not cancel it at least 1day prior to departure, we can not make any refund.
Refund is always through Paypal or wire transfer to bank account, no cash, sorry. All refund within 30 working days.
No refund if wifi's not working, and no refund in case of late arrival (except if you need to take a train/plane/other bus)
